Judges Create Forever Families on Adoption Day

A pirate offers high fives to Mary Novak, 5, one of six children whose adoptions were finalized during Mercer Vicinage's eighth annual Adoption Day program on Friday, Nov. 20. Speakers at a celebration at the Trenton War Memorial after the hearings included Judge Glenn A. Grant, acting administrative director of the courts and the Rev. Darryl Armstrong. A story about the event and more photos from Adoption Day ceremonies throughout New Jersey will appear in the next edition of the Judiciary Times.
