Order – Superior Court Judge Patrick J. Arre Prospectively Recalled to Judicial Service.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Patrick J. Arre, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning June 15, 2024 through June 14, 2026;and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Arre will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
