Order – Superior Court Judge John M. Waters, Jr. Continued on Judicial Recall.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John M. Waters, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective retroactive to March 1, 2024 through November 6, 2025 or until further Order; and
