It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Richard J. Geiger, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary ·service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective May 2, 2024 through November 1, 2024 or until further Order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Geiger will continue to serve as Special Adjudicator (formerly Special Master) in State v. Cunningham (S-38-22) pursuant to the Court's May 1, 2023 Order in that matter.
