Union Vicinage: Due to flooding in the Albender Building located at 1143 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth, the Civil Division Arbitration and Mediation Unit has moved to the main courthouse at 2 Broad Street. Those appearing for all hearings, including foreclosure mediation, are asked to report to the 1st floor Rotunda, Room 107. For all inquiries, please call 908-659-3270 or fax 908-659-3273.

In addition, all Probation Division Child Support Enforcement Hearings heard on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be heard in the main courthouse at 2 Broad Street, Room 202 in the Rotunda. For all inquiries please call 877-655-4371. The dates of the hearings are as follows: August 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31.
