Tax Court Management Office
The Tax Court Management Office, directed by the Tax Court Clerk/Administrator, is responsible for processing complaints filed with the Tax Court. The Tax Court Management Office receives, dockets, and schedules all Tax Court cases for the Tax Court Judges. The Tax Court Management Office is organized into three Case Management teams.
