The vicinage Human Resources Division processes and maintains all documents concerning judicial employees.  The office is responsible for safeguarding personnel records, attendance, and medical records, administering health benefits, preparing payroll, processing pension-related matters, documenting personnel transactions, coordinating viciange training, and overseeing labor/employee relations in the vicinage.

Human resources encompasses the following areas:  recruitment and selection, payroll and pension, health benefits, and training.  Personnel is responsible for the administration of the Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) by documenting and managing personnel transactions, including:  New hires, promotions, demotions, disciplinary actions, leaves of absence, resignations and terminations.  This section is also responsible for monitoring staffing ratios in order to insure compliance with the authorized table of organization.
