The Supreme Court invites written comments on the 2004-07 reports of the Supreme Court rules and program committees published with this notice. In those reports, the committees (as listed below) make numerous recommendations to the Supreme Court for rule amendments and other non-rule administrative actions. As set forth in an earlier notice, the Court has staggered the reporting cycles of its rules committees, such that not all will be submitting their respective reports this year, though some of those have submitted emergent rule proposals for consideration.

The committees whose 2004-07 reports are here published for comment are as follows: (1) Committee on Complementary Dispute Resolution, (2) Criminal Practice Committee, (3) Family Practice Committee (with appendices), (4) Committee on Minority Concerns (with appendices), (5) Municipal Court Practice Committee, and (6) Committee on the Rules of Evidence.

Please send any comments on the Committees' proposed rule amendments or other recommendations in writing by Monday, April 16, 2007 to:

Philip S. Carchman, J.A.D.
Acting Administrative Director of the Courts
