Supreme Court Rules Committee Reports
Publication of Additional and Supplemental Reports for Comment

By Notice to the Bar dated February 23, 2006 the Supreme Court published and posted for comment the 2004-06 reports of its Civil Practice Committee, Special Civil Part Practice Committee, and Committee on the Tax Court, as well as off-cycle emergent recommendations from the Court's Criminal Practice Committee and Family Practice Committee (Note: The actual publication date in the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer was March 6, 2006.) That Notice indicated that the Report of the Professional Responsibility Rules Committee would be published at a later date, as would Supplemental Reports from both the Civil Practice Committee and the Special Civil Part Practice Committee.

The rules committees whose reports are here published for comment are as follows:
(1) Professional Responsibility Rules Committee
(2) Civil Practice Committee - Supplemental Report
(3) Special Civil Part Practice Committee - Supplemental Report

Please send any comments on the Committees' proposed rule amendments or other recommendations in writing by Monday, May 8, 2006 to:
