Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct Amended Answer
An amended answer in response to a formal complaint in In the Matter of Lynn S. Muller, Former Judge of the Municipal Court has been filed. A formal complaint was filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on March 26, 2010.
A formal hearing is scheduled for June 23, 2011 at 10:15 a.m. in the Gibbons Conference Room at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
