Stipulations Filed in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Max A. Baker
Stipulations in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Max A. Baker were filed with the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Jan.14, 2011. A stipulation is an agreement made between opposing parties prior to a hearing or trial.

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold a formal hearing in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Max A. Baker on Thursday, Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m. in the main conference room at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
