Stipulations Filed in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Joseph V. Isabella

Stipulations in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Joseph V. Isabella were filed with the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct today. A stipulation is an agreement made between opposing parties prior to a hearing or trial.

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold the formal hearing in In the Matter of Superior Court Judge Joseph V. Isabella on Wednesday, June 19, at 11 a.m. in the Gibbons Room at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on May 30, 2012. An answer was filed on June 22, 2012. The Formal Complaint and Answer can be found at njcourts.com.
