Stipulations Filed in In the Matter of Surrogate James Curcio

Stipulations in In the Matter of Surrogate James Curcio were filed with the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on May 16, 2013. A stipulation is an agreement made between opposing parties prior to a hearing or trial.

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold a formal hearing in In the Matter of Surrogate James Curcio on Wednesday, May 22, at 10:30 a.m. in Room B-2 on the 4th floor of the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton.

An amended formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Jan. 22, 2013. An answer to the amended formal complaint was filed on Feb. 13.  The amended complaint and answer can be found at njcourts.com.

The hearing will be held in accordance with the "Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," also available on the Judiciary website. Use the "quick site index" on the home page to scroll to "Rules of Court."
