Attached is a statement by the New Jersey Supreme Court in response to allegations of judicial and attorney misconduct in Essex County. The parties to the complaint have received a copy of the statement.
Ordinarily, reports by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct are confidential. In this instance, the Court is disclosing excerpts from the report because the matter was previously reported in the press.
