Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct Formal Hearing Municipal Court Judge Louis M.J. DiLeo

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold the formal hearing in In the Matter of Municipal Court Judge Louis M.J. DiLeo on Wednesday, Dec, 12 at 10:15 a.m. in Room B-2, 4th Floor, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.  
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on October 24, 2011. An answer was filed on December 5, 2011. The complaint and answer can be found at njcourtsonline.com.

The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” also available on the Judiciary Web site.
