Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage Honors Probation Officers During Probation, Parole and Community Supervision Week
Seven probation officers from the Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage, Vicinage XV of the Superior Court, were recognized by the Chief Probation Officers of New Jersey for their outstanding work. The announcement was made by Assignment Judge Georgia M. Curio during National Probation, Parole and Community Supervision Week, July 15-20.
“The work of the probation division has a direct impact on the quality of life in our communities. We are pleased to congratulate those being recognized as award recipients and to acknowledge their significant contributions,” Judge Curio said.
Probation officers enforce court orders for supervision, treatment, child support, restitution and other requirements of the New Jersey courts.
Probation services helps rebuild lives, strengthen families and maintain community safety. “These awards are a wonderful opportunity to recognize the fine work of a very dedicated group of people,” added Vicinage Chief Probation Officer Robert Miles.
