Two Installments of Court Clips Series Debut
Two new installments on the New Jersey Judiciary’s video series Court Clips have been posted online. The videos, about small claims and landlord/tenant courts, are accessible from the Judiciary’s website, judiciary.state.nj.us.
Court Clips is a series of short video clips that informs court users about court programs and services. Other installments in the Court Clips series cover topics such as drug courts, foreclosure mediation, the Child Support Hearing Officer Program and the Veterans Assistance Project.
“The Court Clips series offers a brief overview of the programs and services that can assist the public in gaining greater information on the operation of the courts,” said Judge Glenn A. Grant, acting administrative director of the courts. “We make extensive use of video and all forms of social media to inform and educate attorneys, their clients, and the general public about various procedures and other aspects of the Judiciary.”
In addition to the Court Clips series, the Judiciary also has produced videos about volunteer opportunities, self-represented litigants and Law Day activities.
The Judiciary also uses other forms of social media such as Facebook and Twitter as well as SMS text alerts to disseminate news and information about the courts to the public. Go to judiciary.state.nj.us to sign up for these services.
