Three Appellate Division judges will hear oral argument in Committee to Recall Robert Menendez v. Nina Wells, Secretary of State et al. on Friday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom on the 8th floor of the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.
The argument will be heard by Appellate Division Judges Edwin H. Stern, Ronald B. Graves and Jack M. Sabatino.
Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credentials to be admitted to the reserved seating area. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:45 a.m. At 9:50 a.m., unused reserved seats will be given to reporters on a waiting list.
Television, radio and print news organizations must make arrangements in advance for cameras or sound recording equipment in the courtroom, according to the Supreme Court guidelines. If demand for space is high, media will use a pooling arrangement.
Allow time to pass through security. Photo ID must be shown, preferably a driver’s license.
