Chief Justice Stuart Rabner to Swear in New Attorneys at Trenton War Memorial

The Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey will co-host a swearing-in ceremony for new attorneys in the Patriots' Theater at the Trenton War Memorial on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m.  

Reporters and photographers are invited to attend.

Chief Justice Stuart Rabner will offer opening remarks and grant a Motion of Admittance to the Bar of the State of New Jersey made by Allen A. Etish, Esq., president of the New Jersey Bar Association.  Chief Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. will grant a Motion of Admittance to the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, made by John Lacey, Esq., president of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. 

Supreme Court Associate Justice Barry T. Albin will offer remarks on behalf of both courts.  Additional speakers will include Bar President Etish and Melville D. Miller Jr., Esq., President of Legal Services of New Jersey.

The New Jersey State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association together with Rutgers University Schools of Law in Newark and Camden and Seton Hall University School of Law will host a reception for the newly-admitted attorneys immediately following the event.
