The Appellate Division of Superior Court will hear oral argument in the matter of Thomas Wilson v. William C. Brown, etc. et al in the appellate courtroom on the 5th floor of the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13. The case involves e-mails sent between Gov. Jon S. Corzine and union official Carla Katz.

The case will be heard by Judges Mary Catherine Cuff, Clarkson S. Fisher Jr. and Linda G. Baxter.

Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credential to be admitted to the reserved seating area. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:20 a.m. At 9:25 a.m., unused reserved seats may be given to those waiting to enter the courtroom. Allow time for passing through security in the RJH Justice Complex lobby. Photo ID must be shown.
