Appellate Division Hears Consolidated Long Branch Cases
The Appellate Division of Superior Court will hear oral argument in the matter of the City of Long Branch v. Louis Thomas Azalone and several related cases in the appellate courtroom on the 5th floor of the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton at 9:30 a.m. on May 14. The appellants in those cases challenge the condemnation of their properties in furtherance of the City of Long Branch's redevelopment plans.
Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credential to be admitted to the reserved seating area. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:20 a.m. At 9:25 a.m., unused reserved seats may be given to those waiting to enter the courtroom. Call the Judiciary communications office at 609-292-9580 to reserve a seat.
