Supreme Court Releases Report in State v. Chun
The New Jersey Supreme Court today released the report of the Special Master, retired Appellate Division Judge Michael Patrick King, regarding State v. Chun (Are alcotest instruments scientifically reliable for establishing blood alcohol levels in prosecutions under N.J.S.A. 39:4-50?). The Court will hold oral argument on Monday, Jan. 7, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom on the eighth floor, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.
