Chief Justice Testifies Before Salary Commission
Chief Justice Stuart Rabner gave testimony today to the Public Officers Salary Review Commission, a statutorily created committee charged with making salary recommendations to the governor and the legislature. The Supreme Court Committee on Judicial Salaries and Pensions recently submitted a report to the Chief Justice regarding the need to increase judicial compensation.
