McKenzie v. Corzine
Oral argument in the matter of Andrew McKenzie v. Jon S. Corzine, regarding a proposed Nov. 6 public referendum on funding for stem cell research, will be held before a panel of appellate judges at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22 in room 125 of Rutgers School of Law, 123 Washington Street in Newark. Appellate Judges Edwin H. Stern, Ariel A. Rodríguez, and Clarkson S. Fisher Jr. will hear the case.
News organizations must make arrangements in advance for still or video cameras in the courtroom, according to the Supreme Court guidelines. If demand for space is high, photographers will use a pooling arrangement. The Judiciary communications office will provide further information on pooling when photographers call for reservations.
