The Appellate Division of Superior Court will hear oral argument in the matter of State of N.J. v. Fred Neulander on Mon., Oct. 23 at 9:30 a.m. in the Appellate courtroom on the 5th floor of the Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton. Appellate Division Judges Jack L. Lintner, Christine L. Miniman and George L. Seltzer will hear the appeal.

Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credentials to be admitted to the reserved seating area. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:10 a.m. At 9:15, unused reserved seats will be given to reporters on a waiting list.

News organizations must make arrangements for still or video cameras in the courtroom through the communications office, according to the Supreme Court guidelines. If demand for space is high, photographers will use a pooling arrangement. The communications office will provide further information on pooling when photographers call for reservations.

The Appellate Division of Superior Court is the state's intermediate appellate court. It receives appeals from the trial courts, the Tax Court, and the state's administrative agencies, and also may consider interlocutory motions from cases pending in these venues. The 33 sitting judges in the Appellate Division serve in one of eight parts, with the senior judge in each part serving as the presiding judge who manages the workflow. The division receives approximately 7,000 appeals each year.
