New oral argument on black bear hunt
The Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part A will hear oral argument on Thurs., Nov. 18 in the matter of Safari Club International et al. v. NJ Dept. of Environmental Protection et al. Argument will be heard at 10 a.m. in the Appellate Division courtroom, fifth floor, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, Market St., Trenton.
Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credentials to be admitted to the reserved seating area. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:45 a.m. At 9:50 a.m., unused reserved seats will be given to reporters on a waiting list. Allow time for passing through security in the RJH Justice Complex lobby. Photo ID must be shown.

Television and radio news organizations must make arrangements in advance for video cameras or sound recording equipment in the courtroom, according to the Supreme Court guidelines.
