Appellate Division Panel to Hear Oral Arguments in the Matter of State of New Jersey v. Jayson Williams

Oral arguments in the appeal of the trial court's denial of the motion to dismiss the indictment in State of New Jersey v. Jayson S. Williams will be heard by the Appellate Division on Wednesday, March 12 at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court Courtroom, 8th floor, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, Warren St., Trenton.

The trial of February 18, 2003 has been stayed by the Appellate Division pending resolution of this appeal.

Seating for the media is limited and will be reserved in the order requests are received. Only one seat will be reserved for each news organization. Reporters and photographers must wear press credentials in the courtroom. Reporters are asked to be seated by 9:45 a.m. At 9:50 a.m., reserved seats will be given to reporters on a waiting list.
