The NJ Supreme Court has approved expanding the Judiciary's financial reporting program to include Municipal Court judges. When the program was introduced last year, all sitting justices and Appellate, Superior and Tax Court judges were included.
The program requires that all sources of income over $1000 be reported. Upcoming reports will cover January 1 through December 31, 2002. Completed financial reporting forms from the Supreme Court justices and Appellate, Superior and Tax Court judges are to be filed with the Supreme Court, through the administrative director of the courts, by April 15. Completed reports from Municipal Court judges are due to vicinage assignment judges by April 15 and are to be forwarded to the administrative director for filing with the Supreme Court by April 25.
Completed forms will be available for public examination, upon written request, after they are filed with the Supreme Court.
