Chief Justice Deborah T. Poritz announced today that she has appointed Professor Larry M. Bartels of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs as the eleventh member of the Appointment Commission pursuant to Article IV, Section III, paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the State of New Jersey.
