Middlesex Vicinage to Hold Law Day Celebration

The Middlesex Vicinage will host a Law Day program on Wednesday, May 1 at 9:30 a.m. in the jury assembly room of the Middlesex County Courthouse, 56 Paterson St., New Brunswick.

This year’s theme is “Voices of Democracy.”

Assignment Judge Michael A. Toto will welcome the guests. The Middlesex County Bar Association will recognize the Highland Park High School mock trial team for winning the 2024 Middlesex County competition held earlier this year.

Superior Court Judge Sheree Pitchford will address the audience before introducing keynote speaker Louis Masur, distinguished professor of American Studies and History at Rutgers University – New Brunswick.

Trial Court Administrator Greg Lambard will give the closing remarks.
