1. Civil Case Intake – Located at 118 Washington Street – Room 121
   This office processes all new filings for Law, Special Civil, General Equity and Landlord/Tenant. This office also processes all Special Civil Part matters including Special Civil, Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant. Pro Se forms for Special Civil and Law Divsion are available at this location.
   
   1. Special Civil - consists of three sections; Special Civil ( DC docket type), Small Claims(SC docket type) and Landlord/Tenant (LT docket type):
      
      
   • Special Civil – DC handles all money disputes where the demand amount is $15,000 or less.
   • Small Claims- SC handles all money disputes where the demand amount is $3,000 or less.
   
   Landlord/Tenant - LT handles cases in which a landlord files to gain back possession of their rental property.
2. Civil Case Processing - Located at 206 Courthouse Lane. This office processes all Law Division and General Equity matters. They also schedule cases for trial and arbitration as well as referring cases to mediation.
   
   1. Law Division handles Civil actions over $15,000.
   2. General Equity handles foreclosures, specific performance and enforcement contracts and other matters not seeking monetary awards.
