Order – Designation of Judge Francis J. Vernoia as Presiding Judge of Part C of the Appellate Division (effective March 18, 2024)

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

         It is ORDERED that effective March 18, 2024 and until further order, Appellate Division Judge Francis J. Vernoia is designated as the Presiding Judge of Part C of the Appellate Division of Superior Court. This will amend the 2023-24 General Assignment Order dated July 31, 2023.
