Hudson County Family Part to Conduct Hybrid Early Settlement Panels 

Effective April 3, 2024, all Early Settlement Panels in the Hudson County Family Part (Vicinage 6) will be conducted in a hybrid fashion.  The Early Settlement Panel members will participate virtually.  All attorneys and parties will be required to attend in person.  This modification is consistent with current practices throughout the state and is intended to increase the likelihood of early settlements.
