It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge John J. Callahan, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective November 17, 2005 or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation Judge Callahan remains assigned on a statewide basis to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part as a trial judge for Children-in-Court (CIC) cases and to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Union County (Vicinage 12).
