Supreme Court Order

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Martin A. Herman, who will be serving on recall effective January 2, 2006 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order of October 18, 2005, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel effective as of that same January 2, 2006 date and until further Order.
