It is ORDERED that Superior Court Judge Joseph J. Riva, in addition to any other assignment, is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part A, effective January 17, 2005 through March 13, 2005;

The temporary assignment shall be in effect for such additional period of time as necessary to decide motions, prepare for and conclude all matters assigned to him.
