Pursuant to Rule 1:19-1, it is ORDERED that the following individual is reappointed to the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics ("Advisory Committee") for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2007:

Verna G. Leath, Esq.; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed to the Advisory Committee for two-year terms (completing unexpired three-year terms) beginning January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2006:

Robert A. Fagella, Esq.;
Steven W. Suflas, Esq.; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the following individual is appointed to the Advisory Committee for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2007:

Jacqueline A. DeGregorio, Esq.; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Advisory Committee member Ronald K. Chen, Esq. is designated to serve as the Advisory Committee Vice-Chair for the term January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.
