It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Michael P. King, who will be retired on pension effective December 16, 2004, having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year effective December 16, 2004 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this one-year recall to temporary judicial service Judge King is assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program and to serve on such Appellate Division Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
