NOTICE TO THE BAR
Amendment to 2004-2005 General Assignment Order
It is ORDERED that effective immediately and until further Order, Tax Court Judge Joseph L. Foster, temporarily assigned to Superior Court, is hereby assigned to the Civil Division of the Superior Court, Ocean County (Vicinage 14); and It is FURTHER ORDERED that effective immediately and until further Order, Superior Court Judge John A. Peterson, Jr., is hereby assigned to the Civil Division of the Superior Court, Ocean County (Vicinage 14). This amends the 2004-2005 General Assignment Order dated June 30, 2004. Deborah T. Poritz |
