It is ORDERED, consistent with Executive Order No. 4, issued November 17, 2004, granting employees of the Executive Branch of State government a day off on November 26, 2004, that the Supreme Court, Superior Court, and Tax Court Clerks’ offices and the Administrative Office of the Courts shall be closed for the transaction of public business on said date; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 1:30-3(d), on November 26, 2004, all courts (excluding Municipal Courts) shall be in recess except for the hearing of emergent matters; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that, in the computation of time periods under the Rules of Court and under any statute of limitations, the day on which court clerks’ offices are closed pursuant to this order shall be deemed the same as a legal holiday.
