It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court, Appellate Division Judge Richard J. Williams, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system as Special Master for the Supreme Court in M-317-04, Abbott v. Burke (Supreme Court Docket No. 42,170), effective immediately and until further order.
