Recall - Judge Martin E. Kravarik

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Martin E. Kravarik, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective immediately, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall, Judge Kravarik will be temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Monmouth County, Civil Division.
