It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2, Bruce Hillman is hereby appointed on an interim basis as Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Mercer County, effective November 15, 2004 and until further order; this Order amends the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order as to Mercer County.
