It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 Jude DelPreore is hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Burlington County, effective November 15, 2004 and until further order; this Order amends the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order as to Burlington County and supersedes the Court’s September 14, 2004 Order designating an interim Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Burlington County.
