NOTICE TO THE BAR
Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Outside Activities of Judiciary Employees - New Chair and Vice-Chair
Pursuant to Rule 1:17A-1, it is ORDERED that effective immediately Judge Anthony J. Parrillo is appointed to the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Outside Activities of Judiciary Employees (“Advisory Committee”) to complete an unexpired term ending December 31, 2004 and also to a full two-year term beginning January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2006; and It is FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 1:17A-1, Judge Marlene Lynch Ford and Judge Anthony J. Parrillo are designated to serve respectively as the Advisory Committee Chair and Vice-Chair effective immediately and through December 31, 2004; and It is FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 1:17A-1, Judge Marlene Lynch Ford and Judge Anthony J. Parrillo are designated to continue to serve respectively as the Advisory Committee Chair and Vice-Chair for the term beginning January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. For the Court |
