Appellate Division Megan’s Law Special Part

NOTICE TO THE BAR

It is ORDERED that the following retired Appellate Division judges, serving on recall, in addition to any other assignments, are temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, as a special part to handle appeals from tier classification and notification determinations by the trial courts under the Registration and Community Notification Laws, N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 et seq. (Megan's Law):

Hon. Melvin P. Antell (Presiding)
Hon. Lawrence Bilder
Hon. David Landau.

This order, which supersedes the Court's order of January 22, 2003, is effective immediately and until further order.
