NOTICE TO THE BAR
RE: Termination of Mass Tort Designations of Rezulin and Propulsid Litigation
Accompanying the publication of this Notice to the Bar are two Orders of the Supreme Court dated July 22, 2004. One Order terminates a prior Order of the Court dated April 6, 2000, which designated all litigation statewide involving the drug Rezulin as a mass tort and assigned it for centralized management to the Middlesex Vicinage, to be handled by the Hon. Marina Corodemus. The other Order terminates a previous Order of the Court dated September 11, 2000, which designated all litigation statewide involving the drug Propulsid as a mass tort, and also assigned that litigation to Middlesex Vicinage for centralized management by Judge Corodemus.
