Retraction of Attorney Placed on the 2003 Ineligible List - New Jersey Lawyers' Fund For Client Protection
The New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection declares that Kirk E. Sherriff, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in1996, should not have been included on the 2003 Ineligible List. The Fund was unaware that Mr. Sherriff had resigned from the Bar without prejudice prior to publication of the 2003 Ineligible List.
