Additional Rule Amendment -- Revised Appendix XXI (Bail Program Registration Form)

It is ORDERED that the attached revised Appendix XXI (Bail Program Registration Form) to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey is adopted to be effective September 1, 2004.
