It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Joseph F. Greene, Jr., retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective October 12, 2004 or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Greene remains temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
